Being a mom can be tiring and finding time to exercise is almost next to impossible, but it is important for moms to be fit and eat a good diet to stay healthy. Mom’s need to be healthy to take care of their children. So how do busy moms get their body back after having a baby?
Here are some tips for busy moms to follow as they try to flatten their tummy and get back in shape.

1 Healthy Snack Tips- Try fresh vegetables with low fat dip, fresh fruit, or pretzels instead or potato chips/other high fat snacks.
2. Drink lots of water, (at least 6-8 8oz glasses per day)
3. Don’t skimp on breakfast-it’s best to eat a big breakfast and smaller portions for lunch & dinner.
4. Your meals should be the color of a rainbow (meaning it should be filled with lots of vegetables & fruits)
5. There are several good healthy weight loss plans to get involved in such as Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, and the Atkins Diet plan.
